Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Requests: If you need a different size, color, or item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item within 7-10 business days. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
3. Warranty
- Product Warranty: All products purchased from Qiva Home are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- Claims: If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the defect. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
4. Return Guidelines
- Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service to receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
