2. Handling Procedures

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days . Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
  • Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

3. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 30 business days for international deliveries before filing a lost package claim.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Qiva Home is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
